During the fifth live decider, Samantha Jade performed a cover of "Do You Remember", "So High", "Down" by and with Jay Sean, as well as with the last remaining contestants.
She found herself to be in the bottom 2, alongside contestant Angel Tupai.
She performed a cover of "I Will Be" by Leona Lewis.
A tie was made and she was saved by the public votes.
